Gypseas In the Palace

SN 42 is an absolutely wonderful cottage. Your cleaning and maintenance is beyond belief! Your staff is so friendly and helpful! We wouldn't go anywhere else! Thanks so much!

we absolutely loved GypSeas in the Palace and if we were unable to rent that house again we would not hesitate to rent another place from Village as that is how pleased we were with everything. We did take it upon ourselves to wash up all the linens down stairs as we were not using 2 of the bedrooms to sleep in but used the towels and we cleaned out all 3 of the refriges. No one wanted to leave we wished we could have afforded to stay another week there. My mother and sister in law had never been to the beach and they are 53 and 72. We were so happy to be able to share that with them. The view of the ocean was breath taking and the entertainment from the dolphins in the mornings and evenings kept us glued to the upper deck until they were gone from our sight. Thank you so much for for having such clean rentals.

Our first trip to the Outer Banks. We had a delightful time. Riding the waves was exhilerating! The kids loved all the field trips - The Wright Brothers, Aquarium, lighthouses and Roanoke's Lost Colony. We'll be back! --

We too, returned for the 4th year - all 13 of us. How delighted were we for such a nice week. The "palace" afforded us great amenities. Our pool party on Sunday was a "hoot!" The neighbors watched with envy! We had a bar-be-cue dinner that was delightful and a steak dinner that was as good as it gets! The remiaing main meals we enjoyed at various restaurants. As we age, we appreciate the elevator more and more. Thank you for making your home "available" to us. See you next year! --

A great time was had by all! Despite a heatwave our first few days and some smoke from the wildfires early in the week, the sun shone bright and each day was beautiful! We enjoyed the pool, beach, kayak, great meals which we all cooked together. our favorite was the seafood night and bbq ribs cookoff! --
